  • Myra Canyon Trestles – a scenic section of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) that runs along a steep-walled canyon, including 18 trestle bridges and two tunnels; popular for biking day trips and hiking, with bike rentals available at the East parking lot.   • Mt. Boucherie – beautiful lake and valley views from trails up and around Mount Boucherie, an extinct volcano and focal point in West Kelowna. Moderate to difficult terrain, the popular Mount Boucherie Rush trail is 6km round trip. Boucherie Trails Parking Lot, E Boundary Rd, Westbank (13.1 km).
  • Fintry Provincial Park360 hectares of the former Fintry Estate, a heritage site with a colourful history. Park area includes camping, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, hiking and wildlife viewing. A Popular day hike takes you up approximately 400 stairs with stunning waterfall and pool views that make the trek to the top worthwhile. Fintry Delta Rd, Vernon (40.5 km).
  • Spion Kop – a series of hiking trails in Lake Country; one of the most popular trails takes you through ponderosa pine up the mountain to breathtaking views of the Okanagan valley. Moderate to difficult terrain, dogs permitted on-leash. 13850 Forest Hills Dr, Lake Country (34.2 km).
