The Goodlife Kelowna Capri Centre location is, as one of their reviewers on Google calls it, “a vibe.” State-of-the-art equipment, plenty of space to work out, and classes for all abilities makes this a great all-around gym for everyone.

Usually a 24/7 access gym, Goodlife shortened their open hours during pandemic but will be returning to 24-hour access the first week of September 2022. Special shoutout to their long-running Teen Fitness program that allows teens 12-17 to work out for free all summer long.

World Gym 

World Gym was started by Joe Gold of Gold’s Gym/Muscle Beach bodybuilding fame with a focus on health and fitness, an atmosphere that continues today at World Gym Kelowna. Signing up for a basic membership gets you gym time on a budget with access to their machines and classes but there’s so much more.

If you’re interested in trying a different kind of activity beyond just #GymLife, Global Fitness & Racquet Centre offers all kinds of racquet and court/net sports to get into, from the popular pickleball to the new trend – wallyball.
